How do I create a public calendar on my Exchange Server? I want to grant access to only a few people as well. Also, what needs to be done client side for them to view. Any help with this is greatly appreciated as always.

You have to do this from the Outlook client. Navigate to All Public Folders, select new folder, from the dialog box in the "folder contains" area select Calendar item or Appointment item (it will depend on what version of Outlook you are running).

To set permissions, go to the permissions tab and assign the appropriate permissions to the group you want.
