Public Calendar Help

We have a public calendar that is used to have vacations entered on and they are printed and displayed on our bulletin board as well. However, when we print the calendar it does not show all of the appointments. It will show many of them and then just display an arrow. Is it possible to print it with all appointments showing. Any way to force the days within the month to auto-expand? It would be okay if a month printed on two pages instead of one as long as it showed everything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try printing a weekly view instead of monthly.
