Pub Unknown Numbering

if you have an entry in the pub unkown table that looks like this:

length 4
extension code: 5
Trunk Group: 105-108


If Trunk Group 107 is no longer in use, how do I change the above entry as I will not be able to remove the Trunk Group without clearing it from this table?

105-106
108 by itself

I beleive you will need a line entry for 105-106 and a line entry for 108.
