Pub apps create multiple sessions

Using published apps only, some times (may 50%) clicking on the 2nd, 3rd or later app will force another login even though the user has an established connection. At that point, Ctx console will show the same user with different session ids. Anyone know why or where to start troubleshooting?

Config as follows:
XPA, FR2 on Dell dual 2.4Ghz with 2GB RAM. It is the only server since we are just in the testing and development stage. There are only 4 users testing and I've had it happen when I am the only one on the box. NetWare NDS integration with ZenWorks 4, dymanic local user and roaming profiles. Apps are Office XP (fully patched), GW6, IE6 and some misc research and accounting apps.

I think I've read somewhere that if you have different screen resolution, encryption etc on you pubished apps, you may find that same user logs on twice because of this.
I don't remember if it's an issue in XP or 1.8 or both, but you might wanna look into it...
