PTT (Push to talk) feature not working on 2211

Has anyone got there PTT to work on these phones? I have ensured that PTT is enabled on the phones and having the same channels selected also.. is there an option on the 2270 where i have to enable this feature??? The PTT feature works but the other phone does not even acknowledge that it is being paged, and I have tried other phones and different channels but nothing seems to work. PTT just times out after 10 secs after no acknowledgement on the other set. Thanks in advance for your help.

Same problem. When enabled, sounds very choppy when used. Can't make out words. Our wireless grp are trying to solve issue. Will let you know if resolved.

Great, I will do the same we fortunately have a case open with nortel as well. Here are some things that I found out that Multicasting has to be enabled on the 2270 and 5520 switches thats if we are using the same hardware telnet into the 5520 to find out if its enabled or not... keep in touch..
