Sorry i have a PSU-LDK300 which is completaly turned off. Can you help me please?

Hi Franco,
You need to start from one end and work it back.
1) Check is the LDK300 has been switched off. ( Any slots getting any power)
2) Check the fuse on the power supply. ( You can test this with a multi-meter)
3) Is the mains plug socket getting power? (If no, try a socket that you know it working for sure)
4) Is the mains lead working from the socket to the LDK-300? (If no, find a new mains lead and plug it in.)

because I did all these tests you hear a whistling sound, but will not turn on

This sounds like a faulty power supply in the cab. You can't buy these brand new anymore. They are still quite easy to find in the UK.
