PSTN tone without dialing access code

hi,

A fax machine is connected to a cs1000 , the client is asking to hear the PSTN tone without dialing the access code, is this possible ?

Hi, I do not understand...
Does your client want to send a fax without entering the access code (that can be done with a pretranslation list), or does he hear the tone when he call the fax (cfw as said bigindian65) ?
