User was previously using Outlook 2000 on Win2K. User was upgraded to WinXP and Office XP, and now whenever they attempt to open the PST file, it shows nothing but an empty Deleted Items folder. The PST file is about 120MB in size, and SCANPST detects no errors. Any ideas?
