PST Read-only

I didn't get to use a PST file in a CD because Outlook asks for a read-write file.

So copy it to a hard drive, remove the read-only attrib, and you should be fine. Marc Creviere

Thank you, but I would like access the PST directly from CD.

When Outlook accesses the .pst file, it locks it for write access. I know of no way around this. Marc Creviere

Ok. I've just seen that PST doesn't support read-only media.
