pst manipulation 1

i gave up my laptop recently, so i took my outlook data files off the computer. now i want to add them to the data file on another computer, is there any way i can 'import' that data file into another copy of outlook?

Yes, providing you have the .PST file from the old machine, you can just use the Import / Export feature within Outlook. To do this:

1. Open Outlook.
2. Click on File.
3. Click on Import / Export.
4. Click Import from Another Program or file then click Next.
5. Select Personal Folder File (.PST) from the list, click next.
6. Browse to and select the file.
7. Click on Next.
8. Chose where to Import the file to and click Next.
9. Click on Finish and it will start importing your mail.
