Hallo,
From time to time I archive my Outlook folders into the pst files. The problem is that I have two computer with the same version of Outlook installed and when I try to import the pst file into the other computer I get the message "this is not a pst file"... Another strange thig is that I can't delete the pst files after I create them, I get the message "this file is in use by an application"... what does this mean? Any idea? Thanks

The archive location is something you can change and for that matter find out by looking around in the OPTIONS. As far as the program is in use message you have to make sure that outlook.exe is closed. CTL ATL DEL and you will be presented with three tabs. Look in Processes and make sure outlook.exe is not running... if it is stop it. Also under applications you would be looking for outlook. Hope that helps a bit.
