Browser thumbnails are too small to identify pictures and file name is restricted to just four or five letters. Does anyone know how to enlarge the size of the thumbnails in the browser? Thanks

I don't think it is possible. You can change the browser settings under File » Preferences » General Program Preferences but there's nothing related to thumbnail size.

You can view a slightly increased size if the browser is set to not display the file name.

Unless someone knows of a secret tip for this (the help file isn't at all helpful) I suggest that you use another program for viewing images, like XnView (free).

Thanks for the quick reply. I still have not found a way to get this done. I think you may be right and there just is no way to do this.

Somis, If you want to increase the size of your pictures in PSP X there is a magnifying glass along the right upper side of the browser palette. Left click and drag to the right until you're satisfied with the size of your pictues.

I thought that was some sort of search... It really doesn't have the best tooltip.

Joezs, thanks a million. That works just fine. I enlarged the thumbnails to a size that is comfortable and then saved the workspace. I truly appreciate the help from both of you.

Somis, we're using one of the easiest and most powerful photo imaging programs out there. What are you using as slide show program?
