Hm, I think you would need a printer that could cope with this in order to do it. Then you could create a document the is very big say A0 or A1 size or possibly a very long document. (Depending on what you are trying to do.)
So the answer is (I think) it depends on your printer/driver.

You could crop it into as many pieces as you need, each piece in a different file, or you could manipulate it in the Print Layout dialogue, printing it in phases.
Then you can piece it all together with glue or sticky tape.
Perhaps there's a way to automate the printing part, but I don't know it.
Or get a bigger printer. Or send it to a photo lab. They can usually do poster-size prints these days.
