psexec gets "access denied" from remote computer

HI,
I have a psexec activated from a Perl script and it gets the above error for some remote stations.
The commans id :
psexec.exe \\\\$stationB -n 25 -s -u xxxx -p yyyy reg query HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE

If I run the same command from cmd - it runs fine !
I have tried opening the cmd from which I activated the Perl script as administartor - did not help.
There is never a problem when running the same staff from XP.
Will appreciate any advice.

Have you tried using the username and password parameters? Maybe it's not authenticating you to the domain properly.

Yes,look at the psexec command - username and password are used ("-u xxxx -p yyyy" --naturally I have to change the original ones..)

Sorry, let me clarify. I meant to ask if you were using the domain username.
As in "-u some_domain\xxxx" .

Otherwise, user xxxx would have whatever local machine access rather than domain access.

Tried this and it did not help.
What did help wasing the target sttaion IP address instead.
