Apr 23, 2009 #4 AvayaTier3 Technical User Dec 31, 2008 4,600 US my bad, you do need the # after extension and sec code psa associate code, station number, #, security code, # check "display cos x" for station to see if PSA is allowed. Personal Station Access (PSA) y This is well documented in the Avaya docs Feature Description and Implementation for Avaya Communication Manager A great teacher, does not provide answers, but methods to teach others "How and where to find the answers" bsh 35 years Bell, AT&T, Lucent, Avaya Tier 3 for 25 years and counting http://bshtele.com Upvote 0 Downvote

Apr 23, 2009 Thread starter #7 hulk68 IS-IT--Management Apr 12, 2007 67 US your help is greatly appreciated! i think i am very close but am missing one step somewhere. i found PSA in 'disp syst cust' - it was already on. for the phone i want to log into, does the port have to have no extension on it? (that is what i have been doing) maybe it's something with the cos or cor. what do i need in there? Upvote 0 Downvote
