PSA Issue

I'm working on a G3v11.

Trying to add an extension to a digital port, when I do a list config on the board I have 3 ports unequipped, but listed as "P". We don't use PSA/TTI. When I assign a station to one of the P ports, it refuses to come up, no lights no dial tone, no nothing. I've done this right on the cross-connect with a jack, so I know it's not house-cabling issue.

Any advice? Thanks in advance.

I'm thinking my port a0310 is bad. I tried moving the station to another "p" port and got dialtone this time. Used the programmed login code and passcode and it worked. Odd.
