PS4 / Session Printing

Hi Chaps,

has anyone any experience of the session printing policies in Pres Server 4? You can use them to give users network printers, I think. Only it doesn't work for me. There is an error in the Event viewer which just says they cannot be created. Anyone seen this before?

If you are connecting rom W2K3 then jetdirect does not work, cool huh? You need to create print queues on a print server box.

Hello Scott.

Are you saying that the session printer policies do not work?

I have got a w2k3 print server connected ok. That prints. I have a w2k3 citrix box which prints if you manually install the printer -( \\printserver\sharename). It is just when you try to get the policy to created the network printer, it won't.

What is a print queue?

UPDATE TO THIS PROBLEM

I was using a Wyse 1200 winterm which has ICA v7. You need to have v9 to make it work.
