PS 4.0 printers question printers for groups

here is the problem we have 2 branches 1 in italy one in NY.
the users in italy need their printers set to A4 and the users in NY set to letter.

is there a way to configure default printers for each maybe with policy or groups ?
im new to citrix so not sure where to look or how to get started.

Hi

You can use autocreating of the users default printers, or/and you can use citrix policies to define the printers(and settings) you want for the users.

Are the printers local or network printers on a print server? If they are network you could just change the properties of the printer as setup on the print server to default to Letter for users.

Its gonna be a very different situation if its local vs networked. You really need to answer that question first.
