Proxy server behind NS10

I have a Reuters messaging server

behind the NS10 with private IP, I'm
trying to use remote VPN client to connect to the LAN and logon to the
Reuter instant messenger, but I'm not able to connect. When I check the
log for the policy in NS10 I'm able to see the connection log to the
proxy server (Reuter server). I'm able to do it with NS10 (LAN) to NS10
(LAN) VPN. Any one have ideas? Thanks

Are you connecting to the IM server via name or IP?
