Proxy 2.0 Permissions

Please clarify something. I am having a discussion with another admin concerning Proxy 2.0.

I say that you can allow users access to all of internet or none of internet.

He says that Proxy can be configured to allow some users only to specific sites.

I am incorrect in this?

I believe you can block specific domains for everyone but not by users or groups.

If you want certain users to access certain internet sites, then do a search for RBA Proxy filter, it is free and I believe it will do what you want.
