I did. But still same error!!

Try uninstalling MAS 90, then rebooting, then reinstalling it. Is this workstation the same OS as all the others? What version are you on?

I've tried to uninstall MAS 90, and also rebooting the machine. However still same error came out! The workstation is same OS as all others. We're using 4.0!! Others solution for me?

This happens when you have a printer setup in the printers folder that is not longer present. It can also happen when certain files get corrupted and the only work around is to re-name the computer itself.

May I ask where you reseller is in all this. They have access to resources that should help you resolve this issue.
