I have 18 programs (VDN) all pointing to vector 40, which Queues to skill 40. Skill 40 is set with RONA to VDN 7005 (RONA VDN) which points back to vector 40. VDN 7003 is the only VDN with skill 3rd set, and vector 40 queues calls in step 3 to Skill 3rd Top.
I cannot seem to get my display on the answering agent's phone (this would be the second agent the call is offered to) to show the originating VDN name. Instead, it shows the name of my RONA VDN 7005.
I have tried every combination of Allow VDN Override on my primary and RONA VDN's.
Any suggestions?
