ProvideX - Printer Allocation Error

In printing to one printer, I receive the following error;
"ProvideX - Printer Allocation. Unable to Start document."
I then receive the following error message, "Error 14 in program APWRCB at Line 6025." I do not receive this message when I print to different printers. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

If this error is occuring when printing it is the MAS is unable to connect to the printer.

What version of MAS are you running ?

Can you print to this printer from other applications (Word, Excel ?). If you can not print from other applications, then there may be a rights issue within your network.

If you can print from other applications to this printer then it may be a problem within MAS's configuration for printers (if an old version)

Thank you so much for your response. I am running MAS90. I can print to the printer with all other applications. It doesn't happen every time, but at least every third time I get the error message in MAS90. I tried a different printer and had the same error message. However, I can log into MAS90 remotely and print on my home printer and I don't get any error messages.

Thought it might be a software conflict with an anti-virus software that had been recently installed, however, the error message still occurred after I uninstalled this software.

Any suggestions would be helpful??
