Hi,
We have a MD110 with an Ascom Interactive Messaging Gateway and multiple Ascom IMS’s.
This system was running well for quite some years, but since the MD110 is updated to BC13, the IMGW is giving communication errors:
IMGW-1 smsc: ERROR 3 File
ebug.cpp:329 '[Receiver] Handled exception: Protocol error'
This is what we've got:
MD110 = BC13
NIU card 1 = NIU-2 versie R14A
NIU card 2 = NIU-1 versie R21
MDGW = 1.01
Does anybody knows if the IMGW is supported for BC13, or what the course can be of this error?
