I would like to recover a DID # that is built in ACD (including agents,) so, that I could use the aforementioned DID as an extension. My question is; What is the proper way to do this? Thanks in advance.

If you are speaking within the realm of the Hipath, then you will need to follow the route begininning with the DNIT (ACD number) and through the associated ACDRS-RS ACDRS-DS, and ACDART. Then begin deletion of them in the reverse order, lastly deleting the DNIT, which will then be available for an extension.
If you are speaking of the Procenter software, I am of no assistance, as we have another who administers that machine. I could probably find out if necessary, however.
Rod.
