I have the 3 switches linked via point to point T1's passing calls and transfering fine however I do not get the calling party's name only the extension #.

MICS 1 = NVRAM 2.0, DR7.0, SL-1 (slave), clocking = primary
MICS 2 = NVRAM 2.0, DR6.1, 1st T1 - SL-1 (Master), clocking = Primary
MICS 2 = 2nd T1 - SL-1 (Master), Clocking = TimeMaster
MICS 3 = NVRAM 1.0, DR7.0, SL-1 (slave), clocking = primary

I do not have a T1 to the LEC on any switch so I am using one of the T1's in the 2nd switch as "TimeMaster".

I am wondering if the NVRAM and or software Rev needs update and also should I set up the T1's to be:
Master to Slave - Master to Slave.

Any advise would be appreciated. Thank you.

I hope you PRI's and not T1's.

Configure the Business Name for each of the MICS and give it a shot.
Make sure that you disable Send Name for any PRI's you may have going to the C.O. and enable it for the point to points.

Yes PRI's. No PRI's to CO off any switch. I'll try to config business name and let you know. Thank You.
