Prompted for DB username and password - why?

Thanks for taking the time to read my question.

Crystal RAS v.9

When running a report from my desktop Crystal client, the report runs as expected (no errors, data returned correctly).

When I run the report from our web application, I am prompted for the Database Username and Password. The following prompt is displayed.

"The report you requested requires further information."

I suppressed each section of the report and re-ran it until I narrowed the problem down to one of my subreports.

I re-created the subreport, but still receive the prompt.

I have verified the db on the report and all subreports.

Any ideas as to what may be wrong?

Hi,
Does the web server account have rights to the location of the datasource for the subreport that still prompts?

Thanks Turkbear, yes it does. The main report and subreports are all pulling the info from the same data source. I should mention that we just upgraded to Crystal 9 RAS and did not have these problems prior to the upgrade.

Below is an additional error message I get:
