Prompt to capture the user choice and use it in filter

Can anyone explain or give ideas on how to achieve the following.
I want to prompt the user to select the Begin Year and End Year(Where End Year> Begin Year).
Both the Year's are elements of same attribute.I created a prompt to select the begin year but am stuck when it comes to end year.
eg. Attribute: My Year
Prompt : Filter1: Select Begin Year (1990,1991,1992,1993..- elements of My Year attribute)
user will select 1992
my second filter will be again Select End Year(1990,1991,1992... elements of My Year Attribute) but user should not select End year less than Begin Year

Greatly appreciate any ideas or solutions.

I am not particular on using prompt. i need to get the Start Year and End Year from the user.

My idea was to create a prompt with two filters asking the user for choose the Start Year and again Choose the End YEar

If there is other ways to do it , that will be great.
