Prompt plays three times...

CallPilot it is adjusted as follows:
AvtoAttendant - CCR-Menu Node.
If caller no dial, CCR Menu Node Primary Prompt plays three times and go to the operator .
I want to listen to the promt only once, and further the operator.

I have BCM50(rel.1.0)on which works as I want.Menu promt once.
Whether someone at itself can check up my situation?
Can in the new version so it is conceived also is impossible to change?...

I have one that plays twice. Same version. I think it is a glitch with BCM 4.0 that they have not patched for yet...

If to use a AAtendant custom promt, two times.
If to use Menu node promt, three times.
I have checked up a situation at new BCM all have repeated. Similarly.
