Prompt Pages Taking a LONG TIME to display 1

Question - Does anyone know why a prompt page should take so long to diaplay. The resulting report is enormous but one would think this should have little to do with the report size?

Assuming it is report related, is there anything that can be done if help performance?

Hi NEAR,

I assume you are using ReportNet / Report Studio...?
I have the same problem with one of my report.
As far as I know, the reportserver validates the report before the prompt-page is shown. So it takes ages before the prompt is displayed. However I'm not sure if it is possible to skip the validation.

Would you know of a method to halt the validation on the server side. I've been told the validation is currently turned off but I question this.
