I TRIED UPGRADING ACSR1.0 AND R1.1 TO R3 WITH UPGRADE CARD.UPGRADE WAS SUCCESSFULL ,BUT HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THE UPGRADED PROCESSORS.THE PROCESSOR WORKS FINE UNTIL YOU ADD ANY VOICEMAIL INTO THE 5 SLOT CARRIER,EVEN WITHOUT THE VOICEMAIL BEING ASSIGNED.DEPENDING ON THE AMOUNT OF PORTS THE VOICEMAIL HAS ,THE PROCESSOR IS LOCKING UP THAT NUMBER OF LINES IN THE SYSTEM.I HOPE SOMEONE CAN TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON HERE. THANKS IN ADVANCE GUYS....

Hi PETC8263,
You need to assign the voicemail ports to hunt group 7. The system will not operate correctly until that is done. That is the very first thing I do when adding a voicemail. I've not seen your situation, but I know that the vm ports will answer any ring on the port, they will all try to answer which would likely lock things up.
