I have a Prologix G3 R11. I am trying to configure EC500. I have 10 Xmobile licenses available. I configure a regular extension and the extension with type Xmobile, bridge appearance for the main extension, etc... however, when I try to add the button EC500 in the main extension, I don't have that button available. Is there a feature that may be not available in the system?
