proliant 3000 not Posting

I have upgraded the system board in my proliant 3000 and now it will not start. I noticed that there is an amber light on the board with the marking CR713 under it says VAUX. When i hit the power button all seems to get power some of the green LED's on the board light up and the raid board lights up. the LCD says rev. and just hangs there.I have left powered on for 10min and nothing happens just the fans run. I hope some one can please assist with this problem. This is for a student lab. I appreciate any hep in this matter.
