project server 2003 error

When I try to publish New and Changed Assignments to Project Server 2003 I get an error code 0x8C040028.

Has anyone had a similar error and does anyone know what is causing it.

It results in the fact that no tasks are visible in Project Server.

Finally are there any sites available for good help with Project Server 2003 as I am finidng there is little help around!

are you running project 2002 on the client PC, if so you'll need to upgrade to 2003, the two do not happily co-exist.
