Hello everyone I want a piece of software that will make managing my accounts easier for me on a daily basis. I manage installations and service calls as well as invoices for a pretty small company where I work.

I would make a requirements document - what do you NEED (must haves), DESIRES (major work savings), and NICE (nice to haves). Then create a RFP, Request for Proposal, and send to various SW companies asking them to comment, provide demo, etc.
