Prohibit forward

Hello,
Somebody know how to prohibit forward for a user ?
Is it possible ?
Is there a short code in the user to do that ?

This is an IPO V7.0
but i have the same question on an IPO V9.1

Remove the forward menu option under the user's options. Don't know where exactly but there are menu settings somewhere. It shows 16xx or even 46xx menu options but it works for 14xx, 95xx, 96xx as well.

And setup use shortcodes same to the system shortcodes with a different function like barred or to play an announcement.

9.1 is easy. User/telephony/TUI tab. 7.0?? User/Menu Programming/1400\1600 unticking the box may do it... never tried.

It does. Don't forget to 'disable' the system shortcodes for the user. And by the way... The tick box is there very long.

I find it on the 9.1 : it's exactly than i want

but on 7.0 it is only for phone 14xx or 16xx
it is not possible to prohibit forward on phonemanager or onexportal

I always use "user right" for short code and i never take a look for the forward

I was actualy thinking of forcing forward unconditional to off but you are correct it is not there

Yet another sensible thing for user rights that avay have overlooked (like Recerve Last CA)

Avaya cant even manage a 1/2 arsed job 1/4 at best
