We have been getting a strange issue when printing checks from Progression workflow. If we have an address for the payee on the check, the state field doubles the first letter of the state abbreviation. For example, Tennessee (TN) becomes TTN, OH becomes OOH, etc. Any ideas?

Are you saying if you use progression explorer rather than PWE that this is not an issue?

Sorry, no this is the result we get no matter how we print.

Thanks

I suspect a forms issue. What happens if you choose a different form # in Macola?

That was it! Thanks. The form we were using looked ok, but there was something in it.
