Are you referring to a C++ compiler for Win32? There are a number of those available. The most popular are the Microsoft Visual C++ and Borland C++ compilers. There are two versions of Microsoft Visual C++ commonly in use-- Visual C++ 6.0 and Visual C++ .NET. .NET is the newer compiler, although 6.0 still has many followers. (I use Visual C++ 6.0.)

I don't know off the top of my head. Pay a visit to your favorite software retailer.
