Recently, we upgraded our system to 7.0 After the upgrade, when trying to reset the phone features in an existing phone, the phone asked for a pass code. I found the default pass code. (26567*738). That worked okay but it only takes me through the options associated with our data network. I have not been able to get in to the actual phone options to reset a TN. The phones in this case were a 1230 and a 1220. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In order to reset the node/TN, you have two options:
1. reboot the phone and change them when the node/TN are displayed. The ability to change at that time is controlled by the installer password.
2. use the "zero-touch" approach and use tftp/http files to feed the node/TN to the phone based upon it's mac address.

I guess I was not quite clear enough. I actually can change the TN. I can't get to any other set up features such as speed, duplex settings, IP and Vlan , etc.

You can change to all manual at configuration interface. You many need to change it to auto first then to all manual.
