I administer a Avaya Aura CM 6.0 and I have been trying for the longest to figure out how to program the system to automatically set Call Forward Off-Net for a specific extension after working hours. Has anybody done this that can point me in the right direction? That is, assuming that the system has that kind of feature. Right now I have set up a CFWD button on the extension in question, and created a VDN and Vector to have it call an on-call cell phone. The problem is that some folks are forgetting to activate it before leaving at the end of the day. So I am trying to
see if I can set this up where the Avaya system will automatically enable the CFWD going by the time-of-day. I tried to use the time-of-day feature, but either I am not setting it right or it does not serve the purpose for what I intend to do. Appreciate any help.
