I have been told that you can program ## to do a last number redial. How is this done? Thanks for any information.
 
I'm not familiar with the ## option, but if you have LNA in the CLS, then you can press either Key 0 or Key 1 twice for an automatic redial.
 
That is usually centrex. If you need to need to emulate that, then go to LD 57 and put in ## at the RDLN prompt. Otherwise, a waste, since as McGruff753 noted, just pushing your DN key a second time does that. (I usually save ## for System Speed Dial.)
