programming remote acessto mailbox on embedded VM using quick edition

I have a customer who I set up a prayer emergency mailbox for and they are unable to access remotely. I programmed under auto attendant programming *for voice mail collect. Can someone please tell me in quick mode how to program it to where mailbox 29 witch is a phantom mailbox can be remotely accessed. Thanks for any help.

No support on mupped mode here, switch it to ip office mode.
