Hi, how do I remove the call time limit and call restriction of a particular extension??? I have a t702 Please help

do not know about the call timer issue but go to the users filters, here you can assign a new filter that does not restrict

What would be a filter that would unrestrict everything on a given ext.. filter 00 maybe? Also i really need help with the timer issue, any ideas from you experts on here?

if you have a phone that is unrestricted then you can view the set filter and then assign this filter to the other phones.

Thats the problem, i dont have an ext thats unrestricted, i just set the filter to none is that going to unrestrict my lines? When i try to dial a number it gives me two short beeps an disconnects me

What do u mean call time limit? What exactly is happening and what do you want to happen?

There is a 15 minute call duration timer on the lines, after the time is up just like the restricted lines, i get two short beeps and the line is disconnected there is no documentation on this issue here that i could find maybe it is being done by the phone service provider.

There is no duration timer on the Norstar phone system.

Yeah I highly doubt that your Norstar system is cutting the lines off like that, at least I've never heard of Norstar doing such a thing. You may want to ask your carrier about that.
