Programming Operator Assisted Services on 3300 (hotel Environment)

It is difficult to assist when you provide so little information. Is what you are doing simply blocking the guest phones from call long distance or collect calls so that they have to phone an operator to place that type of call for them? Would think it is simple ARS and COR programming unless the Conopco is some sort of special service.
Or am I missing something?
