Programming number that was ported in

I am fairly new at Nortel networks programing. I only know the basics such as resetting voicemail, setting up CCR Tree and how to find lines. Recently a new tenant moved in and his number was ported in. How do I get his phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX to appear on target line 196 and extension line 1515?

you need to first find out how many digits the carrier is sending

if it is 4 it is the last four of the number
if 7 it is last 7 digits
and if 10 it is the whole shebang

then program these digits into the recieved digits section of the target line

then set that target line to ring on ext 1515
