I have a customer with 3 BCM400's all running v3.7. Each location is plugged into the network at its location. They are not networked together as far as 4-digit dialing between sites. Each BCM has been assigned an IP address relavant to the location it is installed in.

The customer can ping other computers at each site from the main site but can not ping the remote BCM's. He wants to program the BCM's from one site but can not get to them.

Should the customer be able to access the remote BCM's? Are there keycodes required? They did not purchase Network Configuration Manager (NCM) and I can not find it as it is no longer available.

Yes, but each site has a different one relavant to that particular store.

Can u ping the gwy from the main site? IS the BCm IP in a different subnet than the PCs?

If ur remote sites are all on the same network, you should be able to put their ip in the url of IE. If not you'll have to use a modem to dial into the BCM or VPN into that network.

Have the customer try pinging the IP Addresses you assigned as the "Next Hop" on the BCM's.
If he can ping this, but not the BCM, something is misconfigured.
It all appears to be a networking issue at this point.
You may need to verify your BCM IP, Subnet Mask, and "Next Hop" at each BCM.
One entry fat fingered and it won't work.

Good Luck!
