Programming Feature keys on a 6940 phone

Several of our office girls have the new 6940 touchscreen phones. They want to be able to press and hold on of the blank key spaces and set it up as a speed call. They don't want to have to call I.T. every time they need a key changed.

User guide says that you can program feature keys on the phone itself based on the class of service settings. But i can't find the option that allows it.

There is a COS option that needs to be enabled for Long Key Press - I set it to 3 seconds

Long key press did the trick. Not sure how why i couldn't find that initially. Thanks.
