Renumber the Remote Access Code (890) to the DID number. Set up a barrier code for Remote Programming.

Sorry if that was too obtuse 
Go to Renumber - Single - Remote Access - (The current Remote Access number is shown - Default is 889 [and I had the wrong number in my previous answer]) - Use Backspace to remove it - dial the DID number you want to assign to Remote Access - Enter
Now go to Lines and Trunks - Remote Access - Barrier Codes - Code Info - Code Entry - Dial Code ID - Enter - Drop to Erase - Dial New Code - Enter
