Programming Dial Short Codes on 5400's

Programmed two dial short codes as buttons on a 5420 they worked fine. I then labeled the buttons and the buttons remained labeled but the programming for those buttons disapeared. What did I do? Em I missing something? I'm gonna go read the docs on button programming. Hopping someone can shead some light on this for me.

Update to this...

I created a short code for Set Hunt Group Out of Service
Then put that short code on the button. When I labeled it the dial short code button disapeared.

I then went and put a set hunt grp out of service button as the "Action" and the hunt grp ext in the telephone number field. i was able to re-lable the button and not loose the feature. In other words it worked. But When I went back into manager to see if the buttons disappeared again they did but it still works weird!!

But shouldn't you be able to place a short code as a button and label it?

I just had a Set Hunt Group Night Service disappear. It wasn't on a 5400, it was on a 4424D+. It is on a 412 R3 and was working for about 4 days, and then this morning... gone.

Just another weird thing with R3.
