programming ccr on flash 1

I am having trouble building a ccr tree on a flash. This is what is needed.

Thanks you for reaching comany abc for the operator press "0" for list of employees extensions press "1" for directions to our company press "2"

I built path "0: the main menu and did the greeting as you see above. but how due I build the sub menu for option one. this submenu is to list employees with their extension numbers that the callers can dial "two digits".

to reach john doe press 22
to reach jane doe press 23
etc
etc

I understand the transfer points either internal or external. I just don't know what to do or how to build this sub menu under the main menu.

I am assuming it is path 1, but a don't see anywhere for me to but the extension numbers in the path. I only have the normal options.

CCR can't do quite what you're asking.

Path numbers are the digits you want the caller to dial. You can only nest to 2 levels.

The closest you can come to what you're asking is:

Make Path 1 - "menu" (not a transfer point) and then you can record your instructions saying " For Joe Blo press 21, John Doe Press 22... Although I'm not sure if you can dial an ext number at this point or if the Flash is only looking for a single digit. You'll have experiment.

you could add transfer points to int exts to path 1 by creating path 11 to path 18. In which case your recording in path 1 would be to reach joe blo press 1, John Doe press 2, but this will only work for up to 8 employees.

Path 2 would be set to "info" where you will record your company info.

You can transfer out of a CCR Tree by dialing the extension. You could either make PATH 1 a menu with no tree under it, or make PATH 1 a transfer to an Info path. You can then record either the menu prompt or the announcement box with your desired announcement. Path 2 (for directions) would be an INFO path, Make an info path by (from the CCR Path prompt on the display) press ENTER and record the announcement.

ok guys I got to work with what you said. but my next question is can I make path a option to page someones personnal pager.
example "to page the the doctor press 1", and after the caller presses 1 the caller would then get the pager tones. like as if the called there pager itself.

yes set up the path as a external transfer point that is after entering the path number press more then xfer then ext then you have to enter the phone number and either a line to use or a path to use.
